Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before engaging in wholesale transactions with Fragrance Distributors EU. By placing an order with Fragrance Distributors EU, you agree to be bound by these terms, which constitute a legally binding contract between you and Fragrance Distributors EU.
1. Returns and Refunds
Fragrance Distributors EU does not accept returns or provide refunds for products purchased through our wholesale program. All sales are final.
2. Delivery Time
The delivery time for products purchased through Fragrance Distributors EU's wholesale program varies depending on the specific products and their availability. Delivery times will be communicated to you upon order placement. We will make every effort to fulfill orders promptly, but please note that delivery times may be subject to change based on product availability and other factors.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- It is essential to inspect all products received from Fragrance Distributors EU within 48 hours of delivery.
- In the event that you receive damaged or defective products, you must report the issue to Fragrance Distributors EU's customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
- Please provide detailed information about the damage or defect, including clear photos, to assist our team in resolving the issue promptly.
4. Manufacturer's Warranty for Perfume Products
- In Fragrance Distributors EU's wholesale program, any warranty claims must be directed to the respective manufacturer.
- Fragrance Distributors EU will provide you with information on how to contact the manufacturer for warranty inquiries.
- It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the manufacturer's warranty terms and follow their specific warranty claim process.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing for wholesale products may vary based on factors such as order quantity, product availability, and promotions.
- Payment terms and methods will be communicated to you at the time of order placement.
- Fragrance Distributors EU reserves the right to adjust prices and payment terms as necessary.
6. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
The minimum order quantity is € 500 for International and € 99 for Domestic Orders.
7. Product Availability
Product availability is subject to change without notice. Fragrance Distributors EU will do its best to fulfill your order as requested, but in some cases, certain products may be temporarily out of stock.
8. Order Cancellation Policy
- As a B2B seller, once an order has been confirmed and processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled. Order preparation incurs operational and logistical costs. In the event of an exceptional cancellation request after confirmation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the order value to cover incurred costs.
- For pre-orders, once a deposit has been paid and the order is confirmed, the deposit becomes non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Fragrance Distributors EU reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing or through our website.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws by Country of Origin of Ex.W/FOB. Romania, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain & USA.
